Shipping & Returns
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all US orders, and a flat rate of $10 for all international orders.
Where can I see my order status?
Easily track your order after purchase regardless of the shipping location. Download the Shop app to track all of your orders placed through Shopify.
When will my order arrive?
We deliver within the continental US in 1-3 days, with overnight shipping available on domestic orders. Please note that for engraved items, it generally takes 1-2 days to complete the engraving before we can ship the product. If you need a quicker turnaround, feel free to contact us atcontact@myrocklock.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. International shipping is also available.
Do you ship internationally?
We want everyone to have the chance to save their precious memories, no matter where they are in the world! That’s why we ship RockLock to North America, Europe, Japan, and Brazil via DHL—and we’re always expanding to reach more places. Your memories are important to us, and we’re working hard to make sure everyone can get their hands on a RockLock!
Payment & Orders
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.
Do you offer refunds?
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. For non-engraved and non-customized items, we will issue a full refund minus the return shipping costs. Please note that engraved or customized items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
While we don’t offer gift wrapping, your RockLock comes beautifully packaged in a high-quality branded cotton drawstring keepsake bag, offering protection, and making it feel special right out of the mailer. If you’d like to add your own gift box or wrapping, you’re welcome to, but rest assured—it already arrives in a lovely presentation.

Is your packaging sustainable?
Yes, we prioritize sustainability in our packaging. We use ethically produced, recycled materials to keep waste to a minimum. While we don’t invest in high-end custom boxes, this helps us reduce our carbon footprint without compromising the safety and beauty of your RockLock when it arrives. Our focus is on delivering the product to you securely and with care, while being mindful of our environmental impact.
We also contribute by planting a tree for every product sold, in partnership with the Veritree Foundation, to help restore forests and support a healthier planet.

Product Care
What is your warranty?
Yes! For the lifetime of your RockLock, we’ll take care of your product if it malfunctions or breaks. Simply contact us, and we’ll send you a replacement.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, as scratches from normal wear and tear are part of the natural aging that makes your RockLock unique. It also does not cover improper use or storage of your product, or any modifications made by a third party.
How do I take care of my new RockLock?
One of the beautiful things about the RockLock is that it requires little to no care. Made from high-quality aluminum, it’s designed to develop a unique patina and texture as you use it, creating a timeless, well-loved look. Whether it’s thrown in your bag or taken on the go, it’s meant to age gracefully.
However, if you’d like, you can gently rub the surface of your RockLock with a polishing cloth to restore its shine.
